I found the masterclass very helpful and rewarding and as a good preparation for my studies in Germany. Both Prof. Uecker and Prof Gehrke share an understanding for the interpretation regarding opera singing and singing and music in general which I found inspiring and would like to explore further. I am also impressed with the administration around this masterclass. Everything went smooth and I felt that we had time and energy to really focus on singing and learning rather than doing paperwork. For that I am thankful. The scholarship was unexpected but I was happily surprised when I received it and was absolutely necessary for me to take part in this masterclass. I hope this project continues and develop with the two gentlemen side by side while such respect between professors are rare to come by.
